But don’t think that you can just start eating all the chocolate you want. Many processes chocolate bars remove the flavanols – the chemicals that provide the benefit – and add in fat and sugar. To get the health benefit, your chocolate should be 70% cacao or higher. Better yet, go for raw cacao nibs to get the most benefit.
