Around the holidays, we tend to get really busy running around to events, going shopping, and staying up later than we want to because of all of the activity. December is when we should be slowing down, but we end up speeding up. On top of it all, we tend to grab food on the go, eat rich foods at parties, and generally let our good habits slip because, after all, “it’s the holidays.”
Self-care routines are usually the first things that you let go of during this busy time. So, as a reminder, I am going to put up 31 posts, one for each day of December, that can be used as suggestions to take better care of yourself. Remember, these are just suggestions to get you thinking – if there’s something else you’d rather do, by all means go do it. But take care of yourself whatever you do.
